May we ask: Is this increased cost peculiar to water users outside the city limits? Or, is this a general increase of cost for the entire water system? lII. Kyle water system charges: 1st 3000 gallons Next 3000 gallons @ Next 3000 gallons @ All after that @ $2.00 .25 per m. .20 per m. .15 per m. Those outside the city limits at Kyle pay a penalty of $.50 on the minimum 1i the city furnishes the pipe. There is no extra charge, if the custom~ pays for all the pipe, excepting 100 feet which, incidentally, are furnished by the city. .
