I , I ~ , /'7(J /; THENCE in a Northerly direction wi.th the East line of Nortll Austin Street to a point, which poi.nt is the intersection of the Southeast line of Live Oak Street with the East line of North Austin Street and is also the Northwest corner of Lot 24 of thc Forcst Hills ~ddition, and THENCE with the said Southeast line of Live Oak Street to a point of intersection of the Southeast line of Live Oak Street with the Northeast line of Chestnut street, which point is the Northwest corner of Lot 112 of the Park Addition, and further, is a point in the present City limit line. and THENCE withthe Northeast line of Chestnut Street, the present City limit line, to the point of intersection with the Northwest line of Matthews Street, which point is the point of the beginning. The above described property, although described in two parcels, consists of one body of land, and consists of all of that territ:lJ:ywhich was omitted, and not annexed, in a certain Annexation Ordin3nce recorded in Volume 15. pages 246-247 of the Minutes of the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos, and the above described property also includes lots 112 and 113 of the Park Addition to the City of San Marcos, and also includes a portion of North Austin Street in said City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA INED BY THE GOVERN ING BODY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. TEXAS: Sec. 1. That the territory above described by metes and bounds, and the inhabitants thereof, be, and are hereby, I'eceived as a part of the City of San Marcos., and from henceforth said territory shall be a part of this City and the inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of other citizens, and bound oy the acts and ordinances of this Governing Body.
