It is understood, however, that any <br /> <br />such improvements, rer:e.irs or additions, so made by lessee, shall become <br /> <br />permanent fixtures, and a part of the realty and property of lessor. <br /> <br />Any profits realized by lessee from its operations on the said golf <br /> <br />course will be expended only for improvements to the golf course, or for <br /> <br />equipment necessary to operate the golf course. The profits, if lIIlY. <br /> <br />realized by the professional golfer from the operation of his concession on <br /> <br />the premises, shall, however, remain the property of the said professional <br /> <br />golfer. <br /> <br />This contract is executed by lessor, acting herein by its duly <br />authori zed agent and partner, Paul J.
