TEXAS <br />May 14, 1958 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Harry May <br />546 Byrnes Drive <br />San Antonio, 9, Texas <br /> <br />Dear Mr. MaYI <br /> <br />Reference is made to your request to erect a sign advertising <br />the Wonder Cave on the Citys' lots at the Municipal Airport. <br /> <br />This matter was brought to the attention of the City Council <br />at their meeting of May 13th. It was their decision that the sign <br />may be placed on the lot provided it does not exceed 8 feet in <br />height from the ground; may not exceed an overall length of 39 feet <br />and must be placed adjacent to the trees onthe lot so that it does <br />not obstruct or interfere with other signs on the lot. The charges <br />will be $5.00 per month and the permit is on a month to month basis. <br /> <br />If the area is needed for City use, or if CAA disapproves the <br />sign, or if it interferes with any operation, the City may request <br />the removal of the sign at any time.
