City Manager Fuller reported the pragress being made an the submissian af revised plans, etc., an alteratians to. the sewage treatment plant, lift statian and changes required. He recommended that the Cauncil apprave acquiring the right-af-way necessary far the farce main acrass the land at the end af Linda Drive.
