As ell bids were <br />identical the Council directeci the City Manager to eward the contract to <br />the company capable of giving the best delivery 2nd se::vice. <br /> <br />City iVla.nager Fuller reported to the Council -~hat a piece of <br />sidewalk in front of Mrs. Paul f s property on Ranch Road 12 had been <br />damaged and the property owner had requested thst the City reLnburse her <br />in cash rather than rebuild the sidewalk.
