<br />A2069--0RDER DECLARING RESULT OF CITY OFFIC.ER ELECTION (Rev. 1.SZ) <br /> <br />The Sletk Co., Aiist,i. <br /> <br />Order Declaring Result Of City Officers' Election <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF San Marcos, <br /> <br />} <br /> <br />On this the 18th_ day of January , 19~, the City Council/~ <br /> <br />of the City of San Marcos , Texas, convened in Special session at the <br />regular meeting place thereof with the following members present, to-wit: <br /> <br />G. M. Allen <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />, Mayor, <br /> <br />S. R. Beecroft. <br /> <br />, Alderman!~ <br /> <br />B. D. HUlburn <br /> <br />, Alderman~~ <br /> <br />Herman Korff <br /> <br />, Alderman' <br /> <br />James Tuttle <br /> <br />, Alderman' <br /> <br />, Alderman" <br /> <br />Judy Brackett <br /> <br />, City Secretary~ <br /> <br />and the following absent: none <br />other proceedings had were the following: <br /> <br />, constituting a quorum, and among <br /> <br />Alderman~P <br /> <br />H111burn <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and order <br /> <br />and moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Alderman~ Tuttle , <br />and the motion carrying with it the adoption of the resolution and order prevailed by the following vote, <br /> <br />Beecroft, Hillburn, Korff, and Tuttle <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />'I <br /> <br />, NOES: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />The resolution is as follows: <br /> <br />There came on to be considered the returns of an election held on the U.th. day of January , 1~, <br />for the purpose of electing the hereinafter named officials, and it appearing from said returns, duly and <br /> <br />legally made, that there were cast at said election 792 <br />candidates in said election received the following votes: <br /> <br />valid and legal votes; that each of the <br /> <br />FOR MAYOR" <br /> <br />NAME OF CANDIDATE <br /> <br />TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTES RECEIVED <br /> <br />I, <br /> <br />NAME OF CANDIDATE <br />Kenneth E.
