Whereever the words "words "Chief of <br />Police" appear they shall be omitted and the words "Pound Master" <br />substituted therefor. <br /> <br />ARTICLE A, Section 6. The wording <br />"recapture and impound said dog," shall be reworded to read "capture and <br />impound said dog." The remainder of the paragraph shall be deleted in its <br />intirety. <br /> <br />The second paragraph of Section 6 shall be deleted in its <br />entirety and the fOllowing substituted thereforl"Should the owner or <br />keeper of any dog or dogs, male or female, fail tO,redeem the, same as <br />provided in this ordinance, then said dog or dogs shallbe disposed of <br />in a manner designated by the Health Officer and approved by the City <br />Council. " <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ARTICLE A, Section 7. The wording "any rabid dog or" shall <br />be omitted from the section. <br /> <br />ARTICLE C, Section 12. Where the words "Chief of Police" the <br />words "Pound Master" shall be substituted,therefor. <br /> <br />ARTICLEC, Section l3. The words "Sections 1 and 2 of this Article" <br />shall be chaJlged to read "Section 11 and 1,2 of this Article".
