<br />.~ <br /> <br />-7 ~ cf1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELEASING A CERTAIN WATER LINE <br />EASEMENT, AND ALL OTHER RIGHTS, TITLE AND <br />INTEREST OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, IN AND <br />TO LOT NO. THREE (3) IN BLOCK NO. THREE (3) <br />AND ADJOINING PROPERTY IN THE ENOCH MOORE <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS UNTO <br />C. C. HUGHSON AND WIFE, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INSTRUMENT OF RELEASE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOiERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS: <br /> <br />That the City of San Marcos, as the present owner of the <br />Water Works system located and situated in said municipality, and <br />as successor to San Marcos Water Company, shall remise, release, <br />relinquish and discharge, unto C. C. Hughson and Roena M. Hughson, <br />the easement and all rights, title and interest which the said <br />city has by virtue of the instrument from P. R. Turner to San <br />Marcos Water Company, dated June 16, 1883, recorded in Volume R, <br />pages 222-223, Hays County Deed Records, and the Mayor, C. M. Allen, <br />under the corporate seal of the city, is directed, authorized and <br />empowered to execute and deliver to the said C. C. Hughson and <br />Roena M. Hughson, husband and wife, a proper instrument of release <br />and relinquishing as to all said rights in and to Lot No. Three <br />(3) in Block No. Three (3) of Enoch Moore Addition to said City, <br />and any adjoining property owned by C. C. Hughson and Roena M. Hughson, <br />and fronting on Navarro Street in said city. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On motion duly made and seconded, with all Aldermen present <br />and voting in favor thereof, the said ordinance or resolution was <br />duly passed, and the rule that ordinances be read on three several <br />days is suspended, and same shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after its passage, and it is so ordained. <br /> <br />This the / ~ [fday of July, 1962. <br />, <br /> <br /> <br />(CORPORATE SEAL) <br /> <br />At~ (2, I2A <br /> <br />George C.
