~ ~ THENCE with the Northeast line of Park Addition, third division and the Southwest line of North Austin Street, N. 45 degrees 2.1 ft. W. 70 feet, more or less, to a point for the most Western comer of the tract of land herein described; THENCE N. 44 degrees 49 ft. E. 198.4 ft, passing a point on the Northeast line of North Austin Street and the Southwest line of the heretofore mentioned Forest Hill and College Heights Additions, 4th Revised plat, and at the most Western comer of Lot Twenty- one (21) of the above mentioned Additions at 60.0 ft., to an iron stake at the most Northern corner of Lot Twenty-one (21) and the most Northern corner of the tract of land herein described and on the West line of a 25 foot alley; I THENCE with the West line of the 25-foot alley and the East line of the property herein described the following (2) courses: (1). S. 33 degrees 34' E. 73.75 feet to an iron stake for corner. (2). S. 17 degrees 09' E. 550.29 feet to an iron stake at the intersection of the West line of the Alley and the Northwest line of Forest Drive and the most Eastern corner of Lot Twenty-seven (27) and the most Eastern corner of the tract of land herein described; THENCE with the Northwest line of Forest Drive and the Southeast line of Lot Twenty-seven (27), S. 45 degrees 25' W. 203.00 feet to the place of beginning.
