<br />~)-e <br /> <br />13:>) <br />,-.'C <br /> <br />SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution dated the 16th day of October A.D., 1962, <br /> <br />the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos, Texas, made application for <br /> <br />an advance of funds .from the United States of America in an amount not to <br /> <br />exceed Fifty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Twelve Dollars ($55,612.00) for Survey <br /> <br />and Plans for an Urban Renewal Project; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the President of the United States has, by Executive Order, <br /> <br />imposed equal opportunity in housing which order is acceded to by the Governing <br /> <br />Body of the City of San Marcos, Texas; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, is cognizant of the conditions that are imposed in <br /> <br />the undertaking and carrying out of urban renewal projects with Federal financial <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />assistance under Title I of the Housing Act of 1949, including those prohibiting <br /> <br />discrimination because of race, color, creed, or national origin. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this <br /> <br />15 th day of January, A.D., 1963. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Il'i!ll- <br /> <br />I <br />
