<br />, <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />As consideration for this lease, lessee agrees toPi:lY to <br /> <br />lessor, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Dollars per month ($lSO.OQ}, <br /> <br />payable monthly in advance or the sum of Nine Hundred Dpllars, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />($900.00} semi-annually, payable in advance. The first monthly <br /> <br />payment, or semi-annual payment of, rent shall be due and payable <br /> <br />on the date of this contract, and a further payment in the same <br /> <br />amount shall fall due and payable on the same day of each and <br /> <br />every month, or six months term, during the life of this lease <br /> <br />contract. <br /> <br />Lessee agrees and binds itself to, during the term of the <br /> <br />lease, maintain said goIfcourse in a proper manner, and to uSe <br /> <br />the said property here leased only for the purpose of operating <br /> <br />thereon a municipal golf course,and lessee shall notsub~let <br /> <br />the said property without first O!:ltaining consent of the lessor in <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />writing. <br /> <br />Lessee couenants to indemnify, save, hold arid keep harm- <br /> <br />less. the Lessors of and from any loss, cost,damage, cause <br /> <br />of action, expense or liability growing out of or arising from any <br /> <br />accident or occurence causing injury to any p,ersonor property, due <br /> <br />directly or indirectly to the use or occupancy ,of said Golf Course, <br /> <br />golf shop, or other activity or improvement or appli&nce on the <br /> <br />demised premises, and all that is connected therewith, <br /> <br />Lessor shall, during the terms of ,this, lease, have fteegolfing, <br /> <br />privileges on said course for himself and his family. <br /> <br />Lessor guarantees, to lessee the quiet and peaceable posseSSion <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and enjoyment of the property and premises hereby leased for the <br /> <br />full term hereof, so long as the terms ,and proviSions of this contract <br /> <br />are complied with by lessee, and at the expriation of the term of <br /> <br />this lease, lessee agrees and binds intself to re-deliverthe property <br /> <br />and premises to lessor in as good condition as same were at the <br /> <br />beginning of the term of this lease, normal depreciation and damage <br /> <br />by fire or act of God excepted. <br /> <br />L~__ ___c, __ __ _ <br />
