<br />TEXAS, (SAME BEING THE
<br />NATIONAL BUiLDING CODE
<br />OF 1949 A S AMENDED)
<br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF
<br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS ON
<br />,JANUARY 12, 1955; ADDING
<br />A NEW SECTION TO SEC-
<br />TION 802.2 ROOF COVERING
<br />REQUIRED. .
<br />WHEREAS it has come to the
<br />attention of the Governing Body
<br />of the City C!f San Marcos, Texas, '
<br />that it would be in the besC in-
<br />terest of the citizens of San Mar~
<br />CDS to permit wood shingle roof
<br />covering in certain areas and un-'
<br />der certain conditions;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT,
<br />ORDAINED by the Governing I

<br />Texas, as follows: I
