<br />/q& <br /> <br />j! <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />'7) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A RECORDER OF THE <br />CORPORAl ION COURT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />SECREI;ARY TO APPOINT A DEPUTY SECRETARY WHO <br />SHALL BE EX-OFFICIO CLERK OF SAID COURT; FIXING <br />THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE, COMPENSATION, AND DUTIES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. In accordance with Article 1198, VCS, there is hereby <br />created the office of Recorder of the Corporation Court <br />of San Marcos, Texas, and Mr. Kenneth Sutton is hereby <br />named to that office. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with Article 1200 VCS, the City Secretary <br />is hereby authorized to appoint a deputy secretary, <br />Mr. Ronnie Dannelley, who shall be ex-officio clerk of <br />the corporation court and shall perform such other duties <br />as may be imposed by said Article 1200. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
