<br />Alderman Stokes moved the adoption of the Personnel Policy
<br />as recommended by Mr. Fuller. Alderman Ruiz seconded the motion,
<br />which passed unanimously.

<br />Alderman Stokes moved to lay the reading and approval of the April
<br />Minutes on the table. Alderman Ruiz seconded the motion, which
<br />passed unanimously.

<br />Alderman Swift moved the adoption of an Ordinance annexing Parcel #3
<br />of the Highway Department's petition to extend the City Limits to the I
<br />Blanco River. Caption of the Ordinance, which was read in full, is
<br />as follows:
