<br />regular meeting <br /> <br />july 8, 1963 <br /> <br />page three <br /> <br />-, <br /> <br />I?:-t <br /> <br />The City Manager informed the Council that an ordinance regulating <br />speed on I 35, to conform with state law, would have to be passed. <br />Alderman Stokes requested that a parking regulation for I 35 access <br />roads be incorporated into the same ordinance. The City Manager <br />said the ordinance would be ready for presentation to the Council <br />in the near future. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Alderman Stokes moved that the Council officially approve L.P.A. <br />Resolution # 27, setting the boundaries for the Chautauqua Hill <br />Project. Resolution # 27 rescinds Resolution # 23, ruled illegal <br />by L.P.A. counsel. Alderman Ruiz seconded the motion, and, on <br />roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: <br />NAY: <br />ABSTAINING: <br /> <br />Pool, Ruiz, Stokes, Swift <br />None <br />Moore <br /> <br />Whereupon, the Mayor declared L.P.A.
