<br />11G, <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />It/- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the health, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />safety and welfare of the citizens of San Marcos that a set of <br /> <br />standards be adopted regulating street widths, curb-lines, <br /> <br />location of water, sewer and gas mains, and appurtenances; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there does not now exist a complete set of standards <br /> <br />regulating the required installation of streets, utilitieS and <br /> <br />other items located within the limits of the right-of-way of <br /> <br />public thoroughfares under the control of and subject to <br /> <br />regulation by the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body that the <br /> <br />health, safety and welfare of the citizens of San Marcos may <br /> <br />best be served by the adoption of the standards as shown on <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Exhibits SD 7, SD 8 and SD 9, attached hereto and made a part <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these standards shall be in full <br /> <br />force and effect on and after the 16th day of July, A.D., 1963. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 8th day of July, A.D.,l963. <br /> <br />j/LA,"I{~ '~7t)-,- <br /> <br />Frank Taylor <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST : <br /> <br />,I <br /> <br />~~1C) I{L~l_~)t~5t}/~ (RilL <br /> <br />Dorothy O. ~orrell <br />Ci ty Secretary <br /> <br />8iZ~ <br />
