Caption of the ordinance, which was read in full, is as followsl ( AN ORDINANCE EJCrENDING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND RB:iULATIONS GOVEHNIMG PLATS AND THE SUBDIV- ISION OF LAND TO All OF THE AREA UNDER THE EXTRATERRI- TORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. TEXAS; PROVIDING THAT A VIOLATION OF THE ORDlNANCE IN SUCH AREA OF EJCrRATERRITORIAL JURISDICT ION SHAll NOT BE A MISDEMEANOR NOR SHALL ANY FINE BE APPLICABLE; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF SUCH ORDINANCE BY INJUNCT- ION IN THE DISTRICT COURT; AND PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE Alderman Pool seconded the motion of adoption, and, on roll call. the following vote was recorded: AYEI Moore, POOl, Ruiz, Stokes NAY: None Whereupon, the Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. Richard del Cueto , spokesman for a group of property owners on McGehee Street, came before the Council with a petition asking tnat their street be paved.
