<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />C.tl <br />- <br />..... <br />:>-i <br />:!\ <br />~" <br /> <br />recessed regular meeting august 26, 1963 page three <br /> <br />j~ - <br /> <br />Alderman Stokes introduced an ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />Caption of the ordinance, which was read in full, is as followsl <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE EJCrENDING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING <br />RULES AND RB:iULATIONS GOVEHNIMG PLATS AND THE SUBDIV- <br />ISION OF LAND TO All OF THE AREA UNDER THE EXTRATERRI- <br />TORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. TEXAS; <br />PROVIDING THAT A VIOLATION OF THE ORDlNANCE IN SUCH <br />AREA OF EJCrRATERRITORIAL JURISDICT ION SHAll NOT BE A <br />MISDEMEANOR NOR SHALL ANY FINE BE APPLICABLE; <br />PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT OF SUCH ORDINANCE BY INJUNCT- <br />ION IN THE DISTRICT COURT; AND PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE <br /> <br />Alderman Pool seconded the motion of adoption, and, on roll call. <br />the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYEI Moore, POOl, Ruiz, Stokes <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />Whereupon, the Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. <br /> <br />Richard del Cueto , spokesman for a group of property owners on <br />McGehee Street, came before the Council with a petition asking tnat <br />their street be paved.
