<br />6 '::2.. <br />~ .,_,1 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />SECTION III When the work of codification has been completed <br />by the Consultant, the City will have the Code <br />printed, if it desires so to do, at its expense. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION IV <br /> <br />The City shall pay the consultant for his personal <br />services and all other services furnished by him <br />as specified in the Joregoing Sections, the sum <br />of One Thousand Eight Hundred ($1,800.00) Dollars <br />payable as follows: Upon completion of one-half <br />of the work of codification as determined by .the <br />Mayor (or acting Mayor) the City shall pay to the <br />Consultant one-half of the principal fee set.. out at <br />the beginning of this paragraph; and the unpaid <br />balance of the. principal fee shall be paid to .the <br />Consultant upon his completion of the work of <br />codification and the submission of the typewritten <br />copy of the Code as set out in Section 1 above. <br />All payments to be made hereunder shall be at the <br />City Hall in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas,the <br />place herein fixed for the performance of this contract. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />In the event that the Consultant is unable to complete <br />any of the provisions herein outlined, then his <br />compensation shall .be established on the basis. of <br />which the work accomplished bears to the total work <br />contemplated under the contract.
