<br />{%/.l-I~' ~. <br /> <br />/lq <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Minute Order Number 53846, dated <br /> <br />19 December 1963, the Texas Highway Commission auth- <br /> <br />or;zed the extension of RM 12 from Loop 82 eastward <br /> <br />along Hopkins Street and Bugg Lane to Interstate 35; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS. by Resolution dated 10 January 1964, the <br /> <br />City Council of San Marcos, Texas, accepted the improve- <br /> <br />ments, conditions and provisions of said Minute Order; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to transfer to the <br /> <br />State Highway Department right-of-way necessary for <br /> <br />the completion of this highway. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that Frank Taylor. <br /> <br />Mayor of San Marcos, is hereby authorized and empowered <br /> <br />to execute such deeds as may be required to transfer <br /> <br />the necessary right~of-way indicated in Minute Order <br /> <br />No. 53846 and Resolution of Acceptance dated 10 January <br /> <br />1964. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 13th day of July A.D., 1964 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />,-t[ciAt~ ;;:;;;rU9-L- <br />Mayor ,/. <br /> <br />.
