This <br />is so because of a definite conflict of interest. <br /> <br />At one time or another in various legal <br />matters, I have represented a number of persons involv- <br />ed on both sides of the controversy underlying this re- <br />quest. Therefore, no matter what opinion I might arrive <br />at following an examination of the pertinent authorities, <br />such opinion would run contrary to the interest of one side <br />or the other. <br /> <br />Kindly express my regrets to the Commission <br />over my inability to respond to their request.
