<br />Resolution <br />page two <br /> <br />with respect to housing, facilities related to residential use, <br />and an public facilities within a project area; public facilities <br />proposed as noncash loca,! grants-in-aid; and employment; as <br />well as the requirements of Section l02(d) of Title I that a <br />General Neighborhood Renewal Plan conform to the locality's <br />general plan and workable program for community improvement. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />5. That it is the intention of this body that the General <br />Neighborhood Renewal Plan will be used to the fullest extent <br />feasible as a guide for the provision of public improvements <br />in such Area and that the Plan will be considered in formulating <br />codes and other regulatory measures affecting property in <br />the area and in undertaking other local governmental activities <br />pertaining to the development, redevelopment, rehabilitation,. <br />and conservation of the Area. <br /> <br />6.
