The Resolut- ion, which was read in full and discussed, is made a part of the Minutes.. A I derman T utt I e seconded the mot i on and on rol I call, the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Pool, Ruiz, Tuttle, Whittenberg None I The Mayor Pro Tem declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. The Mayor Pro Tem read aloud a Resolution "Approving Undertak- ing of a General Neighborhood Renewal Plan and Fi ling of App- lication for Federal Advance of Funds", a copy of which is made a part of the Minutes. I twas exp I a i ned that the Loca I Public Agency (Urban Renewal Agency) had passed a simj lar Res- olution on January 21, 1965. The GNRP was discussed at length. Concensus of the Counci I was that everything possible should be done to speed up the project. Alderman Pool moved approval of the Resolution. Alderman Ruiz seconded the motion, and on roll cal I the fol lowing vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Pool, Ruiz, Tuttle, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved. On motion of Alderman Tuttle and second of Alderman Ruiz, the Counci I voted unanimously to recess at 9:35 p.m., to reconvene at the call of the Mayor Pro Tem.
