The Resolution, which was read in ful I, <br />set the time of regular sessions of the City Council <br />for the second Monday of each month, at 7:30 p.m., <br />in the Counci I Room, City Hal I. Alderman Whitten- <br />berg seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />It was agreed by common consent that meetings would be <br />held by "rules of common courtesy"; and that Robert's <br />Rules of Order would be the official guide for parli- <br />mentary procedure, if occas i on arose for: a ru I j ng. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an "Ordinance Appointing Certain City <br />Officials. ..... The Ordinance, which is attached and <br />made a part of the Minutes, \Vas read aloud. Alderman <br />Pool moved its.adoption.
