<br />.(, ... <br />~, <br /> <br />f~ <br /> <br />RESOL UTI ON <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, certain real property owned by the United States of <br />America consisting of 44.21 acres, more or less, and identified as <br />the San Marcos Federal Fish Hatchery property, located in the City <br />of San Marcos, County of Hays, State of Texas, has been declared <br />surplus and is subject to disposal; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Southwest Texas State College has indicated a need <br />for said property, the same to be utilized benefiCially for educational <br />purposes; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the City of San <br />Marcos to cooperate with the said College, in its Application for the <br />transfer of this property under the provisions of Section 203 (k) (1) <br />of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, <br />(63 STAT 377), as amended, and the regulations and procedures pro- <br />mulgated thereunder; subject to the City's requirements for certain <br />easements for utility and street rights-of-way. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of San Marcos that the City's right, if any, to the above described <br />property be relinquished in the interest of SWTSC, subject to the <br />City's requirement for utility easements and rights-of-way for street <br />and other purposes. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that B.R.
