Damon, elected May 18, 1965. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Alderman Pool introduced two Resolutions and moved their <br />approval. The Resolutions, attached as a part of the Minutes, <br />authorized City Manager B.R. Ful IeI' to negotiate with the <br />Department of Health, Education and Welfare in the acquisit- <br />ion of sewer and water lines on the fish Hatchery property, <br />declared surplus by General Services Administration. Alder- <br />man Whittenberg seconded the mafion and on 1'01 I call, the <br />following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Pool, Tutt Ie, Wh i ttenbepg <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the two Resolutions Passed and Approved. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced a Petition for Annexation signed by <br />Mickey Pool. Location of the property was discussed. <br />AJderman Whittenberg moved that the petition be formally <br />received. Alderman Pool seconded the motion and on roll <br />cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Damon, Pool, Tuttle, Whittenberg <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion pas~ed. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced a Petition for Annexation signed by <br />Gai I Gafford. It was explained that Mr. Gafford bought <br />the property and started a house, with the understanding <br />that the property was scheduled to be annexed. The pro- <br />posed subdivision did not materialize, and ~he Gafford <br />property; s at present' not cont i guous to the City Li m its, <br />a requirement of annexation.
