<br />-3- <br /> <br />said prevention being the responsibility of Millican, and it <br />is hereby expressly agreed that Millican shall indemnify and <br />hold harmless City and all officers, agents, and employees <br />of City from all damages, claims, losses, demands, suits, <br />judgments, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' <br />fees, arising from the presence of livestock on said demised <br />premises, and shall defend any litigation arising in connec- <br />tion with said presence. It is the intention of Millican <br />that such indemnity shall apply whether or not the damages, <br />claims, losses, demands, suits, judgments and costs, includ- <br />ing reasonable attorneys fees, and expesnes arise from the <br /> <br />negligence of City. <br /> <br />VII. <br /> <br />Millican shall have the right to enter upon said demised <br /> <br />premises at all reasonable times to determine whether all <br /> <br />terms and conditions of said Lease are being kept by City. <br /> <br />VIII. <br /> <br />This Lease may be modified only by agreement in writing, <br /> <br /> <br />signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought. <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br />The foregoing insrument in writing constitutes the entire <br /> <br />agreement herein, there being no other written or parole <br /> <br />agreement with any officer or employee of the City. <br />
