<br />-2- <br /> <br />Payment shall be due upon execution by both parties. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />City shall use said demised premises for furrowing, <br /> <br /> <br />terracing and disking the land to dispose of sludge from said <br /> <br /> <br />contact stabilization treatment plant and for no other purpose. <br /> <br />City shall disperse and uniformly dispose of sludge in the most <br /> <br /> <br />efficient, economical manner available. To the best of its <br /> <br /> <br />ability, City shall disperse the sludge evenly over said demised <br /> <br /> <br />premies. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br /> <br />City agrees to restore said demised premises at the <br /> <br />termination of this Lease to their condition at the initia- <br /> <br /> <br />tion of this Lease. All fences belonging to Millican on said <br /> <br /> <br />demised premises shall be protected by City and shall be <br /> <br />maintained by City in good condition at all times. <br /> <br />V. <br />City shall enter onto said demised premises only from <br />City-owned property. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br /> <br />No livestock shall be allowed on said demised premises <br /> <br /> <br />during the term of this Lease. City shall provide an electric <br /> <br /> <br />single wire fence from the northwest corner of said contact <br /> <br />stabilization treatment plant property across said demised <br /> <br /> <br />premises to the north fence; provided, however, that this ac- <br /> <br />tion shall in no way be construed to place on City the duty <br /> <br />to prevent livestock from entering said demised premises, <br />
