(5) That portion of Elm Street, as shown on said map of the Dannelly Addition, as is bounded on its Northwest side by Lots Nos. 7 through 12 in Block 5 of said Dannelly Addition, by Center Street, and by lots Nos. 7 through 12 in Block No. 2 of said Dann~lly Addition; on its Northeast side by said Blanco Street, on its Southeast side by Lots Nos. 1 through 6 in Block No. 1 of said Dannelly Addition, by Center Street and by Lots Nos. 1 through 6 in Block No. 6 of said Dannelly Addition; and ,on its Southwest side by South Street. I Section 2. That any interest the City of San Marcos may have in such portions of said streets be conveyed immediately by the City of San Marcos to the said John J. Stokes for the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, such con- veyance to be by deed without warranty executed by the mayor of said city and attested by the secretary thereof.
