<br />" i <br />'t~1 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ,there is a need to perform prel iminary planning <br />consisting of studies, investigations, maps, cost esti- <br />mates, et cetera, for sanitary sewer improvements in the <br />City of San Marcos, and no funds are presently avai lable <br />to finance the cost of this planning; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Faci lities Administration of the <br />Housing and Home Finance Agency has indicated that it wi I I <br />advance funds to finance the cost of planning and the ne- <br />cessary work for improvements to the sewage faci lities of <br />the City of San Marcos: ' <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci I of the <br />City of San Marcos that B.R. Fu Iler, the City Manager, is <br />hereby authorized and empowered to execute on behalf <br />of the City an Agreement for Public Works Plan Preparation, <br />identified as Project Number P-Tex-3273, Contract Number <br />H-502-4514, the amount of the advance not to exceed <br />Nineteen Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars ($19,600.00) to aid <br />in financing the cost of the necessary planning for improve- <br />ments to the sanitary sewer system. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED th i s II th day of October, A.
