<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />!i1 <br /> <br />by the Owner to furnish pre! iminary plans to be prepared in <br />accordance with the Owner's contracts for advance planning funds <br />for sanitary sewer, water, and street and bridge improvements <br />with the Community Facilities Administration of the Housing and <br />Home Finance Agency of the United States Government. <br />The Engineer shall render the following professional <br /> <br />services, <br /> <br />A. Attend preliminary conferences with the Owner <br />and other City, State, and United States <br />Government Agencies regarding the improvements. <br />B. Prepare a preliminary engineering study and <br />report on the improvements in sufficient detail <br />to indicate clearly the problems involved and <br />the alternate solutions available to the Owner; <br />to include preliminary layouts, sketches, maps, <br />and cost estimates, and to set forth clearly <br />the Engineer's recommendations; to prepare a <br />final preliminary engineering report, incorpor- <br />ating the Owner's selected works in form to meet <br />the report requirements of the Community Facili- <br />ties Administration of the Federal Government. <br />Furnish the Owner ten (10) copies of the prelimi- <br />nary reports and plans, <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />SECTION III - PERIOD OF SERVICE <br />The services called for in this agreement shall be <br />completed and the preliminary plans and reports submitted within <br />ninety (90) days following the date Engineer is instructed by Owner <br />to proceed on such prel iminary plans and reports. <br />On acceptance by Owner of the preI iminary plans and <br />reports, and payment has been received by Engineer for same, all <br />the services called for concerning such prel iminary plans and <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
