<br />, \ r") 'v, <br />\\ " \.... <br /> <br />reports shall be considered complete and concluded by the parties <br />of this agreement. <br /> <br />SECTION IV - COORDINATION WITH THE OWNER <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Engineer shall hold periodic conferences with the <br />Owner, or his representatives, to the end that the plans as per- <br />fected, shall have full benefit of the Owner's experience and know- <br /> <br />ledge of existing needs and facilities, and be consistent with its' <br />current policies and construction standards. To implement this <br /> <br />coordination, the Owner shall make available to the Engineer for <br /> <br />use in performing his services, all existing plans, maps, field <br />notes, statistics, computations and other data in its' possession <br /> <br />relative to existing facilities and to the proposed works. <br /> <br />SECTION V - FEES <br /> <br />For and in consideration of the servbes to be rendered <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />by the Engineer, the Owner shall pay, and the Engineer shall re- <br />ceive, the fees hereinafter set forth. <br />On acceptance by Owner of preliminary plans and reports <br />as prepared under the terms of this agreement, the Owner shall pay <br />Engineer in accordance with the following: <br />A. For completion of preliminary plans on sanitary <br /> <br />sewage system a sum of thirteen thousand, six <br /> <br />hundred dollars ($13,600). <br /> <br />B. For completion of preliminary plans on water <br />system a sum of six thousand, two hundred and <br />ten dollars ($6,210). <br /> <br />C. For completion of preliminary plans on streets <br />and bridges a sum of nine thousand dollars ($9,000). <br /> <br /> Should the Owne r fa i I to make payment to the Engineer of <br />I the sum named In any partial or final statement when payment is past <br />due for more than thirty days, then the Owner shall pay to the <br /> <br />Engineer in addition to the sum shown as due by such statement, <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
