SECTION IV - COORDINATION WITH THE OWNER I The Engineer shall hold periodic conferences with the Owner, or his representatives, to the end that the plans as per- fected, shall have full benefit of the Owner's experience and know- ledge of existing needs and facilities, and be consistent with its' current policies and construction standards. To implement this coordination, the Owner shall make available to the Engineer for use in performing his services, all existing plans, maps, field notes, statistics, computations and other data in its' possession relative to existing facilities and to the proposed works. SECTION V - FEES For and in consideration of the servbes to be rendered I by the Engineer, the Owner shall pay, and the Engineer shall re- ceive, the fees hereinafter set forth. On acceptance by Owner of preliminary plans and reports as prepared under the terms of this agreement, the Owner shall pay Engineer in accordance with the following: A. For completion of preliminary plans on sanitary sewage system a sum of thirteen thousand, six hundred dollars ($13,600). B. For completion of preliminary plans on water system a sum of six thousand, two hundred and ten dollars ($6,210). C. For completion of preliminary plans on streets and bridges a sum of nine thousand dollars ($9,000). Should the Owne r fa i I to make payment to the Engineer of I the sum named In any partial or final statement when payment is past due for more than thirty days, then the Owner shall pay to the Engineer in addition to the sum shown as due by such statement, - 3 -
