Every person convicted of a violation <br />of any provision of this Ordinance shal I be gui Ity <br />of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be pun- <br />ished by a fine of not less than One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and not more than Two Hundred 001 r~rs ($200.00). <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Each and every provision, paragraph, <br />sentence and clause of this Ordinance has been <br />separately considered and passed by the City Counci I <br />and each said provision would have been separately <br />passed without any other provision, and if any pro- <br />vision thereof should be ineffective, invalid or un- <br />constitutional for any cause, it shall not impair <br />or affect the remaining portion or any other part <br />thereof, but the valid portion shall be enforced <br />just as if it had been passed alone. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 5. All ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed <br />insofar as they conflict with this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
