We feel that it
will be a credit to the Community and a source of pride
not only to Catholics but to all the citizens of our
fair City. In view of this it would seem appropriate
to position the church building facing the new spacious
Ranch Road 12.

However, our attorney advises that it would be
unwise for us to take that step unless we owned title
to the strip of land between our property and Ranch Road
12. Following his recommendation we respectfully submit
the following proposal:

The Catholic Church offers to purchase the 3.62
acres between our property and Ranch Road 12 for the
consideration of tBn thousand (10,000) dollars, and
accepts the following restrictions:

1. This land will never be sold by the Church.
2. This land will be used only for church
purposes.

I

In addition, the Church will subject the land we
presently own to the following restriction:

/})

E3

, :)1
