Alderman Whittenberg moved that the Urban <br />Renewal area be restricted to the west bank of the <br />San Marcos River, and that it include the Rio Vista <br />Park area that belongs to the Rio Vista Park citizens. <br />Alderman Froh seconded the motion. Price, jr. <br />joined the group. At 9:25 p.m., Alderman Damon took note <br />of their presence. He toid them it was a closed meeting, <br />and asked them to keep the matters discussed, confidential. <br />Neither lives within the City Limits. <br /> <br />Alderman Pobl introduced a Resolution instructing the <br />City Manager to "provide the best water cooler at the <br />least eostn for the second floor of City Hal I.
