Rodgers Storey, recognized by the Mayor, said; "I recom- mend that if the City does retain the land, the old City barn be moved". The Mayor said it was planned to move it. Alderman Wh~tfenberg moved that the park land revert to its prior use. There being a motion already before the Counc i I (to se II the I and to the highest bidder), the question was called for and the following vote recorded: AYE: NAY; None Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg The Mayor declared the motion to sel I the property to the highest bidder unanimously defeated.
