Alderman Korff seconded the motion and on roll call, the fol lowing vote was recorded: I AYE: NAY: Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopted. The Mayor read a letter from the Planning and Zoning Commission,recommending a change in zoning in the McNaughton Addition. He read the caption of the pre- pared Ordinance, as fol lows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, BY CHANGING THREE SEPAR- ATE PIECES OF REAL PROPERTY LaCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, FROM THEIR PRESENT ZONING AS "R" SINGLE-FAMilY DWELLING DISTRICTS TO "P-I" PUBLIC USE DISTRICTS Alderman Korff moved adoption of the Ordinance, which is attached as a part of the Minutes. Alderman Pool seconded the motion and on rol I cal I the following vote was recorded: II I AYE: NAY: Froh, Korff,Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed, Approved and Adopt'ed. The Mayor introduced an Ordinance annexing property in Westover belonging to H. Garland Stokes. Petition for annexation had previously been received by the Counci I. I The City Manager presented for consideration a plat of a subdivision, "Western Hi lIs", comprising the property just annexed. Mr. Wolff said the plat had been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Counci Imen ex- amined the plat and discussed the matter. Alderman Pool moved approval of the Subdivision, "Western Hil I'", Alderman Korff seconded the motion and on rol I call the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the motion carried, and affixed his signature to the Subdivision Plat.
