Allen Drive is located in its final stage and approved by City Counci I. Alderman Damon seconded the motion.. Mr. Whittenberg said: "We discussed this an hour and a half at the last mee~ingr and led Mr. Storey to believe we were going to give him a perm it. The vote on the quest i on was 4 to ,rr.
