<br />I ' <br />, l:, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING <br />RESULT OF BOND ELECTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the <br /> <br />27th day of <br /> <br />September , 1966, the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in <br /> <br />special <br /> <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br />City, with the following members present, to-wit: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ELLIS SERUR, <br />JOE C. FROH <br />. CAESAR DJldIJON <br />HERR~AN KOBFF <br />MARK H. WHITTENBERG <br />DR. WM. C. POOL <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Aldermen <br /> <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: A I del"..man.:, Damon and A I derman Korff <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, at which time the following proceedings <br /> <br />were had: <br /> <br />Alderman Wh j ttenberg <br /> <br />introduced a resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Alderman <br />Froh The motion, carrying with it the adop- <br />tion of the resolution, prevailed by the following vote: <br />AYES: Aldermen Froh, Pool, Whittenberg <br /> <br />NOES: NONE. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The resolution is as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, under and by virtue of a resolution and order adopted <br />by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on the 1st day <br />of September, 1966, an election was held in said City on the 27th <br />day of September. 1966, on seven propositions for the issuance of <br />bonds of said City, in the following amounts and for the follOWing <br /> <br />purpo se s : <br />
