<br />7 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas is engaged in a <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />community development program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has had a certified <br /> <br />Workable Program since 1962; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted the 1966 Workable <br /> <br />Program for review, with updated supporting documents and <br /> <br />codes approved, as required; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the preparation of the 1966 Workable Program was <br /> <br />discussed at the Regular Meeting of the City Counci I, <br /> <br />August 8, 1966: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Body of <br /> <br />the City of San Marcos authorize the City Manager to submit <br /> <br />the 1966 Workable Program to Housing and Urban Development <br /> <br />Agency for recertification. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of October, A.D. 1966. <br /> <br />(I/~l.~---- , !2.i/~ <br />Ill'.~/'r-;."
