UNLESS WRITTEN PERMISSION <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO USE SAID PARK DURING SUCH <br />PERIOD FIRST BE OBTAINED <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />That from and after the 1st day of November, 1966, that <br />portion of the San Marcos Memorial Recreation Park bounded <br />by the San Marcos River, the Missouri Pacific Rai Iroad <br />right-of-way and Sewel I Park shall be closed to the general <br />public between the hours of 10:30 o'clock p.m. and 7:00 o'clock <br />a,m. each day of the week, unless written permission of the <br />City Counci I authorizing the use of said portion of said park <br />during such period be obtained in advance of such use. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 1966. <br /> <br />U../'-" ~/ <br />---------.
