PIERCE Arc hitects & Planners hereinafter called the Architect I WITNES SETH, that whereas the Owner intends to erect a new Civic Center in San Marcos , Texas . . . . . . . . . . hereinafter called the Project, NOW, THEREF ORE, the Owner and the Architect, for the considerations hereinafter set forth agree as follows: ARTICLE 1. THE ARCHITECT AGREES TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR THE PROJECT AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. ARTICLE 2.
