Wolff, City Manager <br /> <br />Re: Proposal for Preparation of <br />Comprehensive Urban Plan <br /> <br />Gentlemen: <br /> <br />We are pleased to submit our proposal for the preparation <br />of a Comprehensive Urban Plan for the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />We have discussed the scope of the project with represen- <br />tatives of the Texas State Health Department in Austin and we <br />understand and agree to the standard Section 701 provisions which <br />will be required as a part of this contract. <br /> <br />The attached scope of services defines, in detail, the services <br />we propose to furnish. We propose to provide these services for <br />a lump sum amount of $25,4.76.
