<br />, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4.11 <br /> <br />If the Owner requests the Architect to prepare a master plan for use in <br />future developments of which the scope of this agreement is only part , <br />the Architect shall be reimbursed for that part not constructed under this <br />Agreement and compensated for additional services as defined in Article <br />2.4 and 2.5 <br /> <br />7.2.4 <br /> <br />Expense of transportation, living of principals and employees including <br />telephone calls by the Architect, between the Architects I office and <br />Owner or Project I in connection with basic services, are absorbed by <br />the Architect and not reimbursable by the Owner. <br /> <br />All other direct expenses beyond the scope of basic services and outhorized <br />by the Owner will be billed ot actual cost plus 10% for processing. <br /> <br />The Office of GEORGE PIERCE - ABEL B.
