<br />" <br />Ii <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, MAKING PROVISION FOR THE PURCHASE OF AND PAYMENT <br />FOR ONE USED TRACTOR-LOADER; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF <br />$6,800.00 AT 4~% TIME WARRANTS BY SAID CITY IN PAYMENT FOR SAID <br />TRACTOR-LOADER; PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES <br />ON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY IN AN AMOUNT SUFFICIENT TO <br />PAY THE INTEREST ON SUCH WARRANTS AND THE PRINCIPAL THEREOF AT <br />MATURITY. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on or about the 19th day of December, 1966, <br />the City Council declared its intention to purchase one used <br />Crawler Tractor-Loader with the following minimum specifications: <br /> <br />A. J.I. Case Model 1000 or equal. <br />B. 1\ CU. YD. Loader Bucket with teeth. <br />C. Power Shift Transmission - Torque Converter. <br />D. Diesel Engine - 85 Flywheel H.P. <br />E. Counterweight; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conformity with said expressed intention <br />of the City Council, appropriate notice was executed and caused <br />to be published once a week for two consecutive weeks, first <br />publication being on December 22, 1966, and the second publication <br />being on December 29, 1966, which notice is set forth as follows, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br /> <br />Sealed Bids will be received in the office of <br />the City Secretary on or before 12:00 Noori, Friday <br />Jan. 6, 1967, for one (1) used Crawler Tractor Load- <br />er with the following minimum specifications: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. JI Case Model 1000 or Equal <br />B. l~ Cu. Yd. Loader Bucket with teeth <br />C. Power shift transmission - torque converter <br />D. Diesel Engine - 85 flywheel h.p. <br />E. Counterweight <br /> <br />Bids will be opened by the City Council on Tues- <br />day, January 9, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />All prices to be quoted F.O.B. San Marcos, Texas. <br />City reserves the right to accept or reject any or <br />all bids. <br /> <br />Dorothy o.
