FROH <br />CAESAR DAMON <br />MARK H. WHITTENBERG <br />DR. WM. C. POOL <br />HERMAN KORFF <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br /> when the following, among other proceedings, were had: <br /> Councilman Poo I introduced a proposed ordinance. <br />I The ordinance was read in full. <br /> Councilman Pool made a motion that said ordi~ <br /> <br />nance be passed as an emergency measure because of the emergency <br />stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that said ordinance <br />become effective immediately from and after its passage. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Froh <br /> <br />The motion carried by the fOllowing vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Froh <br /> <br />Damon <br /> <br />Whi ttenberg <br />and Mayor Serur <br /> <br />Pool <br /> <br />Korff <br /> <br />NOES: NONE, <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Pool <br /> <br />made a motion that the ordinance <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />be passed finally. <br />Fran. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman <br />The motion carried by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Froh <br />Whittenberg <br />and Mayor Serur <br /> <br />Damon <br /> <br />Pool <br /> <br />Korff <br /> <br />NOES: NONE. <br /> <br />L-__ <br />
