<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />pay for, and keep in. full force during the existence of this lease, <br />as well as any renewal thereof, public liability and property <br />damage ,insurance for the protection of both itself and Lessor <br />against liability to third persons for injuries or damages to <br />persons or property resulting from the use or occupancy of the <br />leased premises, said policies to have policy limits of not less <br />than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for injury to <br />anyone person; Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) <br />for injury to more than one person in anyone accident, and One <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for property damage. <br />PART Vlb. Lessor will carry fire, windstg~m and ex- <br />tended coverage insurance .at his expense on the leased premises; <br />it is understood and agreed that 1055 payable thereunder shall be <br />made to Le!;sor; and Lessor further.agrees'tha't it will expend the <br />funds recovered by it, if any, under the terms of , any such in~ <br />surance policy or policies, for the reconstruction and repairing <br />of damaged portions <if the leased premises. <br />PART VIe. Lessee agrees to furnish at. his own expense, <br />all utilities necessary for the preservation 'of the health and <br />welfare of the Lessee's students and personneL <br />PART VII. Lessee agrees to operate the leased premises <br />for the use and benefit of the public andmake available of its <br />facilities to the public without any Gnjust discrimination, and <br />to refrain from imposing or levying discriminatory or otherwise <br />unreasonable charges or fees :eor any use of the herein leased <br />premises. It is understood and agreed between the parties <br />hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed as <br />granting an exclusive right to Lessee within the meaning of <br />Section 30Sof the Federal Aviation Act of195S. <br />PART VIII. Lessee shall not have the right to assign <br />this lease. or sub-let the said premises in whole or in part, <br />without the written consent of Lessor; and in the event such <br />consent of Lessor is obtained, Lessee shall remain liable for <br />the full and complete performance of all of the covenants and <br />obligations herein contained, unless expressly relieved there.from <br /> <br />-4- <br />
