Mr . Korff said the commi tteefe I tthe equipment was not worth the prices bid. The ~ity Man- ager concurred, and recommended that al I bids received be rejected. He stated a new front end loader could be bought for $15,000. By common consent, the Council rejected al I bids received on the front end loader. I The City Manager asked the Counci I for authorization to have the motor grader repaired at a cost of $2,515.73. The matter was discussed. Alderman Froh moved that the City Manager be authorized to accept Holt Machin- ery's bid for repairing~he motor grader at a cost of $2,515.73. A I derman Damon seconded the mot i on and on roll cal I, the following vote was recorded: AYE: NAY: Damon, Froh, Korff, Pool, Whittenberg None The Mayor declared the motion carried. The Mayor introduced Urban Renewal's final estimate on the City's share of the street construction in Chautauqua Hil I Project.
