The purchase price <br />was $85,500 for the 20.76 acre tract. The Authority can now proceed with its <br />Development Progr'am. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The local Authority Architect and Engineering firm has been instructed to <br />proceed with the preparation of the fina,l schematic design dcc1ll11ents, to <br />./ldvertise for conttruction bids, and to place the project in the construction <br />stage.
