GENERAL REGULATIONS <br /> <br />A. The Telephone Company will provide, subject to the availability <br />of facilities, CENTREX Service, which is an arrangement of switch- <br />ing equipment, telephone instruments and other facilities pro- <br />viding for: <br /> <br />1. Inward dialing - incoming calls from outside the system may <br />be made to CENTREX Stations of the system, without the aid <br />of the attendant, by dialing the number of the CENTREX <br />Station. <br /> <br />2. Outward dialing - CENTREX Stations of the system may dial out- <br />going local and long distance calls to dialable points. <br /> <br />3. Individual identification of CENTREX Stations on outward <br />long distance calls. <br /> <br />4. Dial intercommunication between all stations connected to the <br />system. <br /> <br />5. Attendant services including: <br /> <br />(a) Attendant positions - The number of attendant positions <br />(Console or switchboard) furnished any CENTREX System will be <br />determined by the Telephone Company from appropriate studies. <br />The number of positions provided CENTREX customers will ade- <br />quately cover CENTREX traffic only. Additional positions <br />needed for handling other traffic, such as private line ser- <br />vices, will be provided at additional charges. <br /> <br />(b) Completion of incoming calls to CENTREX Stations. <br /> <br />(c) Transfer of incoming calls from outside the system from <br />one CENTREX station to another. <br /> <br />(d) Night connection arrangements. <br /> <br />(e) Interception of calls to nonworking stations of the <br />system. <br /> <br />B. The following terms, as used in this section, shall mean: <br /> <br />1. On Premise Location - The customer's premises where the <br />CENTREX equipment.is located and where calls to the main <br />listing are completed. <br /> <br />2. Off Premise Location - A location geographically separated <br />from the customer's premises where the CENTREX equipment is <br />
